Hello, this error message is happening again. HTML5; Video file not found, error message on iphone. I have tried deactivating plugins but this had no impact. The videos are working ok on Android & pc.

Hi Lucia, the website is https://itdlive.com/, log in with ….. then look at any video.
My iphone is a 6s iOS 12.3.1
