Ę is not a problem. Names should not contain Polish letters. I have corrected it. Unfortunately, the status does not change. The list says created. It does not change to error or completed. I manually changed the status in the mysql database. I don’t know what to do next. There is no way to add a movie from the jobs level, and there is no movie on the Add from media library list either. There are files on digitalocean. No errors appear.

All is after reinstal Coconut. Now FV player and cpconut is 8.0.4, FV pro is 8.0.2

Yes, i have added 1-2 first film to job when the site was not active, but next films i added when was active. I clic on coconut to resend response and response status is ok, so FV get the info. For a moment i will try mysql query. I think that shoud be good for now. I will try again add job and try to copy coconut job table as you write before (films copied by json dont work).

We imported old video files via json and they work. The problem is that coconat’s jobs, although they are finished and uploaded to Digital Ocean (they appear in the correct folders on their site), does not appear in the media selector as before. The problem is not with the old files, but with the new ones.

As I wrote, we had movies there before, now we are switching to coconut secure with digitalocean hosting. I get information from clients that everything is working. I don’t know where the problem was, but the important thing is that it works now.

Thanks again for the software development. Uploading movies and encrypting on AWS was torture. Now you can do it through the website and everything is done by itself. Great job! Thanks!

Yes, this demo film is automatic trailer from encrypted video (option in FV module). I was thinking that it is encrypted too but “Encrypted HLS” for this video is empty so its not. Sorry. On members videos there is Encrypted HLS. Members videos don’t work on iPhones (there is no problem on android and windows). I’m waiting for information whether the video in the FAQ works. I have added second one encrypted video to the FAQ for a moment so you can check it out.
