I checked the points you mentioned.
1. I am using the correct versions mentioned by you.
2. I am exactly following the procedure given in the link. That is:
a. Created an access key for the same user (whose arn is mentioned in Elastic Transcoder Pipeline settings).
(This IAM user has ‘AmazonS3ReadOnlyAccess’ permission and is the Encryption Key Administrator)
b. Copied these access key ID and secret key into the AWS Decoder (Pro)
c. Copied the Encryption Key from the Elastic Transcoder Job Output Key => Lock icon => Encryption Key and pasted into the shortcode editor.
d. Pressed Decrypt button in the shortcode editor.

But, Decrypt button still fails…

Request you to please see if anythings needs correction.
