Wondering if anyone has lost the control bar since the last update. Default settings are to show control bar but it does not show up in normal view. Only shows when you expand the player to full screen. Help. Thank you!

so far we haven’t experienced this issue with our latest update. First things first: does this issue happen only with new videos or does it happen with old ones too?
If it happens only with the new ones please check these two settings: go to the Settings -> Post Interface options and make sure you have the Controlbar setting turned on. After that make sure that the same setting is turned on in the FV Player shortcode editor. You can check that while embedding the video in Options card in the editor.
If it happens on all of your videos, could you please provide a link for us with website with that particular problem? We could gain much more information from it.
Also you System info would be really helpful for us, you can find it at Settings -> Tools -> System info you can simply copy it and paste it here.Thanks,

I can see that you are using the optimizePress theme which is including its own Flowplayer styling. What they do is not right – they just pack a bunch of different stylesheets into wp-content/plugins/optimizePressPlugin/lib/assets/default.min.css and then if you need to get rid of one of these, you can’t.
I that we recently removed the
overflow: visibledeclaration as we improved the AdSense ad display to allow overflowing of the player container.Could you please reinstall FV Player from this link: https://github.com/foliovision/fv-wordpress-flowplayer/archive/master.zip and see if that helps? To do that you will have to first deactivate and delete the current FV Player plugin you are using. WordPress will warn you that you might loose settings and data, but it’s not the case with our plugin, no settings now videos will be lost. Or you can just replace the plugin files via FTP.

Thanks I tried just deactivating optimizepress and the player and control bar is now appearing normally.
Are you saying the zip file you linked to has a work around for the optimizepress trouble?
