I am using the following shortcode:
[fvplayer src='https://cdn.foliovision.com/videos/my_video.mp4' width=306 height=229 splash='https://cdn.foliovision.com/images/my_thumbnail.jpg']
However, when published, only the thumbnail shows up and there is no video. Both of the links are good. Not sure if this is related, but when I click on “Check Template” this message comes up:
“It appears that your template is not using the wp_footer() hook. Advanced FV Flowplayer functions may not work properly. FV Flowplayer script found: http://www.bijoutheaterchicago.com/wp-content/plugins/fv-wordpress-flowplayer/flowplayer/fv-flowplayer.min.js?ver=2.1.50!”
How can I fix this?

I think you answered your own question. Fix your template/theme. Add the wp_footer()hook.
If you’d like to order a pro support incident we could fix your template/theme for you. Having proper WP header and footer hooks is essential for many other plugins as well.
