Video Player doesn’t play after Vimeo integration

Hi there team,

After paying for Pro and following the instructions on the documentation area, I have been unable to activate pre-roll/post-roll video ads on the registered site for my profile.

Can someone assist and let me know what we need to do for it to work? Just installed today and followed the step by step instructions including Access Token authentication via Vimeo.

//Edit: the player pulls the video into the player but after we click on the play button, it just keeps rotating the three dots but never loads the video.
