I attempt to play a video on the page and I get “Movie Not Loaded” after right clicking on the player after I hit play. I see the splash image, can click play, but then I get a white box followed by a black box. I’ve tried reinstalling the plugin, using the standard flowplayer instead of my commercial version, and even reuploading the commercial version. Nothing seems to work. I can move down to 1.0.6 and it works on the desktop, but nothing on the current version. An odd thing I just discovered is that if I check on my iPhone it works perfectly, and all the videos load fine. It is just in Flash that I am having problems. I’m completely lost.

If you click on one of the products, it will take you to a page where you can see just a single video. (Make sure it is one of the first products, older products use SmartS3 video.)

you might try to use the SWF from the 1.0.6 version in the latest version and see if that works.
Otherwise there is not much we can do without actually fixing it on your site (we would be happy to help you, just let us know), as this looks to be related to the core Flowplayer.

The problem has been fixed. It was caused by the older version of commercial SWF file. This file has been replaced with the new version and it works now.

I have this same issue, the URL is correct, the movie won’t load, it used to work, a wordpress site, now, it just says movie not loaded, I re-installed the plugin/directory, no change, whatsoever.
I’m using the 1.2.17, so I don’t know what other .swf or from what version to try. Maybe I’ll have to switch to another player, but I liked this.
