    Hello,

Sicen a few days ago we are experiencing some issues with FV Player PRO and our QA site, configured on a subdomain under our licenced TLD. http://multisite.example.com

First it shows a message saying that the plugin isn’t installed or activated, then shows another message sating the oposite:

You can see it here: http://cl.ly/cAGM

    Our server configuration:
    Wordpress version 4.2.4
    PHP version 5.5.9

    Best regards,

    Hello Diego,

have you changed the directory name of FV WordPress Flowplayer?

Are you using any object caching (such as memcached)?

    Thanks,
    Martin

    Martin,

The name of the plugins directories are:
    fv-player-pro
    fv-wordpress-flowplayer

If these changed, I can’t say because I never messed with directories.

    About memcached: no

    Hello Diego,

I see you are using WordPress Multisite. Is FV WordPress Flowplayer network-activated? Is FV Player Pro network-activated?

    Thanks,
    Martin

    Diego C. 11 years ago

    Yes, they are.

    Hello Diego,

    I guess that’s what’s causing the issue.

We will get this fixed – if plugin is network activated, it still should be detected properly.

    Thanks,
    Martin

    What I should do?

BTW: My production environment is exactly as multisite but it doesn’t have this issue.

    Hello Diego,

do you mean that it works on one WordPress Multisite but not on the other? Are you sure FV WordPress Flowplayer is Network activated on both?

We will check if we need to improve our code to work with Multisite properly.

    Thanks,
    Martin

    Yes,

Both environments has the two plugins enabled for the network.
