HTML5: Video file not found. Can‘t parse the request

Hi FV team.
From one hour to the next I receive an error message if playing vimeo videos. Error message is:
>>HTML5: Video file not found. Can‘t parse the request.<<

I did not change the settings, nor have I installed other plugins. Vimeo has not reportet any issues on their servers either. (https://www.vimeostatus.com/)

I would really appreciate some help. I have tried all possible solutions without success. All other players beside FV are playing the files.

Hi Nicola,

Thanks for all the valuable information. We’re currently investigating on what is causing these parsing issues with Vimeo videos. It seems like Vimeo has suddenly changed some of their settings.

We’re constantly working to fix these issues as soon as possible. We’ll keep you posted and inform you about the process throughout the day.
