Hi,
I just installed the player with a pro/commercial license. The standard FV logo does not show (good) – but neither does my custom logo… https://www.proatamartialarts.com/virtual-classroom/Based on the comments of others in slightly related threads, it seems that there is supposed to be some sort of additional text in the shortcode which is responsible for displaying the logo, perhaps? (sample shortcode in use: [fvplayer src="..." lightbox="true;TITLE"] )
Additionally, the splash screen image only works once the lightbox is launched if that option is used. If you do not use the lightbox then it shows perfectly directly on the webpage… Is that a known issue? I saw some comments of a similar nature but could not determine if it was fixed…

1) Custom logo not showing – I’m not able to open the URL you sent, it’s requesting login. Do you have any publicly visible page where I can see some video to check the issue? If not, please post this shortcode on some page, so I can check it:

2) Lightbox splash screen – this should certainly work. Make sure you check our guide here: https://foliovision.com/player/how-to-use-lightbox

now I noticed that you entered wwwproatamartialarts.com as your domain for your license key (you missed the dot symbol). I fixed it to proatamartialarts.com – it will work for the www version of it as well.
Please check your key in https://foliovision.com/login now.

First – sorry about the access issue. That slipped my mind.
Second – you were correct in that the mis-registration was causing the problem. The new key works great.
