Hi,
I’m facing a problem to play a video got by S3.
I get the error only on Chrome on Android: “HTML5: Video file not found”
The video checker says “Admin: video OK” but when I try to play, the error comes out.
The same video placed on local storage works on all platforms.
The video on S3 works on all platforms but not on Android.

Please let me know where I’m wrong.

could you please submit that video checker report using the “Send to Foliovision” button?
I had no issues with Chrome on Android 4.3 Huawei phone nor iPhone (iOS 6 and iOS 7).

I sent you 2 or 3 reports with some details.
I tried on 2 different devices: 1 android 5.02 and 1 android 4.4.4 . Both of them are Oneplus One. In user agent I think you can see A001 string.
Please take a watch on them.thanks

3) If the video in (1) works, could you please try to host this video on your Amazon S3? https://foliovision.com/videos/dominika-mobile.mp4 Will it play?I’m trying to figure out if the issue if bound to your website, your specific Amazon S3 or Flowplayer core.

don’t worry for delay.
1) yes
2) yes both video
3) it doesn’t work. I added Dominika file to http://www.lealipervolare.org/test, so you can see all the case.All videos in test page have “admin: Video OK” as result. The first and third has miem type on bucket set on “content type: video/x-m4v” and “content type: video/mp4” respectively. (if I change mime, I obtain a Video issue on checker, so I think they are well configured)
All videos works well on desktop.
I sent you 3 reports titled ‘Refer to ticket “Amazon S3 on Android”. Video x’ where ‘x’ is the video number on test page.
