after changing to secure domain, getting https errors from plugin

[Solved]

Foliovision › Forums › FV Player › Troubleshooting › after changing to secure domain, getting https errors from plugin

  • andrew55 10 years, 5 months ago

I recently converted our WP site from http to https. Flowplayer plugin is sending nasty “page not secure” message to users.

Using the tool whynopadlock.com, I have found hundreds of errors such as:

    Insecure URL: http://www.lifeleap.org/mastery/wp-content/plugins/fv-wordpress-flowplayer/css/img/white.png
    Found in: https://www.lifeleap.org/mastery/wp-content/fv-flowplayer-custom/style-7.css?ver=1416552983

The page with errors is https://www.lifeleap.org/mastery/

Thanks for a great plugin and I appreciate any help in getting this issue resolved.

    Hello andrew55,

could you please try to re-save the plugin settings? That should help.

    Thanks,
    Martin

Thanks – did the job. There was also a conflict with a plugin I was using for css3 and internet explorer – was causing https errors. Installed a new plugin which does the same thing and issue is resolved.
