Hi Support,
A customer of ours is having an issue streaming our film due to this error “Adobe Flash is disabled for this page, click player area to enable”. The file format is HLS severed via AWS S3
I read your previous threads regarding this issue and suggested they update their ‘Flash’
We have the ‘Enable HLS.js (beta)’ in our settings checked and thought our HLS files should be playable without flash.
I read that our CORS headers should be in place but we had your team set that up for us months ago. Just wanted to know if there’s a resolution to this?

Hello Michael,
I checked your video in Chrome and also in Internet Explorer 11 (which is Flash-only) and it played ok on both. Could you please ask your user what browser he was using?
It looked like Chrome from the screencast, but as I said, Chrome (Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.94 Safari/537.36) was working for me. Maybe it was Chromium. He could use this service to identify his user agent, if he’s not sure.

Thanks for the response. He told me he was using safari at first then switched to firefox and finally tried with chrome and still was getting the same error message.

This is strange, the video plays here (https://www.afrolandtv.com/recently-added/orishas-the-hidden-pantheon/) without any issues, yet at https://www.afrolandtv.com/issue-2/ I’m getting the same error as your client. The URL seems to be the same, so I’m not sure what could be causing this.
The server response I was getting for the request of the video that was not working was 403 with a description “The Amazon CloudFront distribution is configured to block access from your country.” Maybe creating an invalidation of the CloudFront distribution with a path to this file could help.
