we use the PRO version of your player but we would like the vimeo statistics (premium account) to work with your player too.
I sent an email to Vimeo’s support and they replied:“It looks like the third party player is caching our playback manifest and the links are on the customer’s WordPress install.” When the video is requested, the player.vimeo.com redirects that should a video play is not generated. ”
In short, the third party player is handling our direct file assets. I’m afraid we can not work on this issue in your third party player, but I hope this information provides some clarity for you.
