Save Statistics on User?

Hi, this is perhaps a custom job request, but here goes :) The ones who will watch our content, the members on our site, will in part be participants in medical studies. It is in our interest to be able to, on an individual level, track what our participants watch, and for how long. In broader strokes, we want to save the amount of time a specific user has watched videos on our site per day. I know that I can add GA and see which videos are most-watched, but that doesn’t really help me here. Is there any way I can log the actual viewing my members do via FV-player? Is that data available somehow? And if not out of the box, is this something you would be able to help me with as a custom job? Thanks! All the best! /David
