Hi FV support,
We’re planning to switch over from ‘Flowplayer HTML5 for WordPress’ pluggin to your FV WP Flowplayer pluggin app due to lack of assistance and support from the other company.
A couple of questions;
1. We’re interested in buying the package deal, which includes FV Player Pro+VAST for $199. Is this for wordpress?
2. We serve our ads using ad server called “Ad Butler” they provide zone tag urls to place in a player for the ad to play. Their tags are formatted like this – https://servedbyadbutler.com/vast.spark?setID=4313&ID=168850&pid=42495. Can we use zone tags on your player for VAST ads?
3. A major issue we have with ‘Flowplayer HTML5 for WordPress’ is that our HLS videos served by S3 aws are not playing on some Android mobile browsers including the Android Facebook mobile app browser. This is an issue because Facebook is our biggest marketing platform. Try the link below in an android Facebook mobile browser to replicate issue;

I switched out our player with your free WP player and tested the issue on the android Facebook mobile browser and it worked, which is great thus lead us to wanting to purchase FV Player. Question is will our VAST ads still play on mobile devices?

Hello Michael,
1) FV Player plugins are designed to work with WordPress, although some functions can be used even outside of it.
2) Your ad URL is a valid VAST ad tag, it works in our VAST ad tester: http://foliovision.com/player/vast/tester
3) VAST ads work on mobile, you can check our demo page: https://foliovision.com/player/demos/vast-ads
Could you please provide the user agent string for the Facebook browser you are using? You can find it here: http://www.whatismyuseragent.net/ (there is a line which says: “Your User Agent String is: “)
