How to calculate the price and choose the best CDN provider

Hello , i have two questions:

1. The costs in the article below changed for me and made me confused; are there any changes in price ? Because there is another article that shows the prices in another way (in the past article the price was 7.5 dollars per month).
   So can you calculate for me the monthly price in case I want to upload 250 GB of 2K or FHD video files for one time for ever (I’ll not upload another videos in the future) and i need 1T bandwidth monthly (please tell me the price if i want to use bunny CDN and digital ocean)

2. Also, you were depending on bunny CDN and you said it gives more security than digital ocean CDN , but I see now the article has also changed, and you are now depending on digital ocean CDN also. My point is which is more secure ?
