Win10; Firefox;www.TheMorningBugler.com; Not a programmer used CKEditor for years on my non commercial website for disabled Firefighters.
Like myself now old so I installed yours which is based loosely on CKEditor. I am impressed with the potential and got the toolbar working and still figuring how to work things problems out. Not any fault of your program just I do not understand parts of how it works.
For example I cannot get the spell checker to work…
Next I am trying to set of a simple red background banner headline with white text for each section which I want to be 484 pix long but when I do that it is always the default page width which is 986px wide not 464 what am I doing wrong?
    Thanks
    Paul

    Hi Paul,

We are glad you like our wysiwyg editor.

The spell checker feature is not a part of the FV Wysiwyg editor. It’s compatible with ieSpell and Speller pages but it would require more configuration.

For the banner headlines with red background, could you please provide us a link to your website with that banner headline? We cannot clearly understand what do you mean by it with this description.

For more information you can visit our Wysiwyg FAQ or our in-depth Installation guide

    Thanks,
    Juraj

    Hi Paul,

Foliopress WYSIWYG is at this point unsupported freeware. We use it daily ourselves on many websites and it works fine with most desktop browsers. It doesn’t work well with mobile (but what nincompoop would try to do advanced editing on a mobile phone).

There’s quite a bit of documentation on our site about Foliopress WYSIWYG

If you’d like hands-on help configuring Foliopress WYSIWYG, it is available as a pro support incident.

    Thanks for trying FV Plugins!
