Hi!
We have bought the Pro pack, we set up the license key, the logo is working fine. We installed the “Pro pack”, but we have got problem with the “Embed” function. We would like to use it, but it doesn’t give us any code. (the other buttons working fine)

Do you know what might be the reason? We tried to remove the plugin, and install again, but it’s the same. (but interesting, because if we uninstall it, and delete the files too, and install it again it knows our license code…)
The other qouestion is, how can we move lower position the logo? We tried to modify the style.css (.fp-logo), but the position is the same like this before…

It might be an encoding issue. I’m being forced to flash. Could you send us a WordPress admin login for us to work with in testing? (please send to our support address which came with your purchase)
FYI, the embed code is working for me in Firefox 39 on Mac OS X 10.6.8. Which browsers are not working for you?

I try to get the embed code with the following browsers:
– Chrome Verzió: 44.0.2403.89 m
– Firefox 39.0When we click to the „Embed” text, it’s jump to the top of the page.
Our admin access:

About the logo position:

we found that there is a conflict with your theme. The problem is in this script: themes/Msocial/js/gk.scripts.js
It basically takes over the behavior of any link that leads to href=”#”. We use that for our Embed link as it’s a common substitution for clickable link which triggers some JavaScript function.
We could remove this attribute, but when I’m not sure if the link would still be clickable in all browsers. Some browsers won’t accept tag without href.
We will have to do some additional research to confirm this. If you know a bit of PHP, you can remove it in models/flowplayer-frontend.php where the HTML is put into $sHTMLEmbed.
