Simply put, your lightbox function totally never works on my WordPress multi-site installation. I can confirm all of the following:
1. My Pro license shows as validated
2. I have checked the Settings box for lightboxes
3. I have disabled other plugins to ensure this is just a FV Player problem
4. Lightboxes by other manufacturers than yourselves work just fine
5. I have tried making it work from Chrome, Explorer, Firefox & Edge, incognito and logged in, nothing worksHere is a page with two video that have lightbox functionality activated in their settings:
The first is my own video, and the second is even yours, from your sample page. The behavior is for even anchor text or HTML links to lightboxes, to simply embed into the page (obviously not a lightbox solution, and not anything I can live with).
I have spent many hours diagnosing this and found no reasonable solution. I have even tried it in the basic WordPress theme on a separate site, still doesn’t work. Please prioritize this bug for speedy resolution.

It might be possible that there is some kind of wrong symbol in your shortcode. Could you please check them in the Text/Source mode of your WP editor? Ideally, you could send us a screenshot of it. You can use this free online tool – https://snag.gy/.

we haven’t had a bug report like this before. Normally I would guess it’s a conflict with your theme, but you said you tried the basic WordPress theme as well.
What other plugins are you using? There is chance the problem is there.
Are you able to do some debugging in the PHP code? Since the basic anchor with class=”lightbox” is converted into FV Player it means the code is working, but it’s a mystery why the FV_Player_lightbox::lightbox_html() function doesn’t run properly. Going back to my question about other plugins – perhaps some of them is doing something with word “lightbox” in our [fvplayer…] shortcode?
Please let us know and I will come up with some more troubleshooting steps.

We’re thinking about upgrading/replacing the current lightbox as I’ve found that Colorbox doesn’t handle images as well as I’d like sometimes. How did you finally resolve the issue with our lightbox?
You should be able to disable our lightbox and use another. The one I liked recently and use on a personal site is ARI Fancy Lightbox, in turn based on FancyBox.
