Hello,
I have the FV player PRO and Vimeo Pro. This the issue I have. When I insert the Vimeo Video with the FV shortcode, there is no featured image preview on video, just black.
If i only put the link, the FV Player is nor loaded, and instead apears only the Vimeo embbed. I tried all the options in Vimeo Hosting section and did not get other result.

If you insert Vimeo video by just simply copying the video url to our site, Vimeo will force to use their own player. That’s normal.
Do the Vimeo player show featured image normally, or the same thing happens as with the FV Player?
Please try to set o the Add featured image automatically option in Integrations/Compatability menu in FV Player Pro settings.
Link to your website with that problematic video would be helpful for us as well.

It would be great and easier if by simple link, the FV Player is loaded, like it happens with Youtube
