    Hi Martin,

I’m getting the following error on my videos when I try to play them on my site — html5: Video file not found; Can’t parse the request variable.

My members are experiencing the same problem when they try to play the videos. I’m using Vimeo to host all my videos. Do you have any ideas?

    Thanks,
    Devin

    Hi Martin,

One more follow up on my previous message a few minutes ago… I tried to disable the MPEG-DASH but it still seems like the error is still popping up. It looks like the Foliovision site is having the same issue with the videos. I opened a ticket with Vimeo as well but they said they can’t help since I’m using a third party plugin but it seems like they must’ve made some sort of change to the MPEG-DASH or something. Thanks again. Let me know if you need more info.

    Hi John,

Thanks for all the valuable information. We’re currently investigating on what is causing these parsing issues with Vimeo videos. It seems like Vimeo has suddenly changed some of their settings.

We’re constantly working to fix these issues as soon as possible. We’ll keep you posted and inform you about the process throughout the day.

    Thanks for the patience,
    Juraj
