Chinese Caption issues

    Hi, I am from China and just bought FV player earlier.
    I want to use the function of playlist, and when I add videos, that’s fine, but when I add caption to these videos, the problem appears:
    when I add English titles, they shows normally, but when I add a Chinese sentence as the title, the bug appeas: the Chinese does not appear as a sentence but as a single charater, for example, I add caption as “加速物理渲染器” which means accelerate the physical render, but it shows “加” which means “to make fast” on first video and “速”which means “speed” on second video, I don’t know how to deal with this. so I come here for help. Hope I get your reply soon.

    Hi!

    I tested playlist with captions in Chinese (See attached screenshot. Sorry Chinese characters are nonsense just for testing purposes) and was not able to reproduce this bug that would divide characters that are supposed to be one caption together. Can you send us a link to your video where we can see this issue? Thanks!

    It’s fine when preview, but after I post the content to my website, the problem still exists.

    Hello Vizhi,

    I hope I got your name right, as we didn’t receive it in your payment properly.

    Please check if the captions work for you with this FV Player version: https://github.com/foliovision/fv-wordpress-flowplayer/archive/10845858-chinese-captions-playlist.zip

    To do that you will have to first deactivate and delete the current FV Player plugin you are using. WordPress will warn you that you might loose settings and data, but it’s not the case with our plugin, no settings now videos will be lost. Or you can just replace the plugin files via FTP.
