Autoplay not working

Hi,

I am using Version 6.6.1 of FV Player which was updated few days back.

My videos have stopped auto-playing ever since I upgraded to this version. It was running just fine until last week.

I recreated a shortcode below and tried placing it on a page, but still the autoplay doesn’t work. It just shows a play button, which when clicked, starts playing the video.

Hello Rosh,

it’s because of the new restrictions set in Google Chrome 66. It works in other browsers, except for mobile and Safari 11.

The autoplay worked for you, but was not working for first-time visitors dues to low MEI score, resulting in broken video playback.
