My VAST ads not showing at multiple slots on content. It plays slot 1 at 0 secs, then skips the ad slot 300 (5mins) and 600 (10mins) secs. Second issue is when I add midroll=”” shortcode it disables the SPLASH image.

So we just discovered something
The issue page link I gave you (https://www.afrolandtv.com/issue-page/) is actually an WP Page. And I realized that when I post the video player shortcode on there it works fine. But thats just an issue page to show you the issue, its not where the real problem is. Our website is a member-site and the WP Pages are available to non-members so they can see trailers but to watch full content users have to sign in and watch on WP Post Pages (This is where we see the issue)
The real issue looks to be on these WP Post Pages and not the WP Pages. Here is a link to the WP Post where the issue is present –

Thank you for reporting the issue. We are looking into it right now, as we were not able to replicate in on our test site even with the exact same settings you are using. I’ll let you know what could be done as soon as possible.

Hi Michael,
I checked the pages in your backend (we have access since the Pro support incident) and the issue seems to be caused by some wrong characters. However, you have updated to version 6.3.4 and we just realized that it breaks the support of Visual Composer, so we will have to fix that ASAP.
In the meanwhile, you can add your videos via the Classic Mode, or you can downgrade to the previous version by downloading it from here and doing a manual reinstall. That means disabling and deleting the current version in the Plugins section in your WP admin (no data will be lost) and then uploading the older one.

I apologize, the issue was not in the player at all and everything works ok. It seems just that the plugin was temporarily deactivated.
As I said earlier, the issue was in the symbols in the shortcode. I switched to Text mode in your posts and saw that in https://www.afrolandtv.com/issue-page/, the code was

Last update question, when is the VAST update for showing multiple ads on content coming?

We are working on adding a field for setting mid-roll ads into the shortcode editor to make it easier to work with if this is what you mean.

Hello Michael,
VAST midroll placement can now we adjusted in the “Options” tab of the shortcode editor. Just upgrade to FV Player VAST 0.7.3.
