Database Trouble – error in your SQL syntax INSERT INTO `wp_wc_avatars_cache’

Hi there,
This message appears on debug.log and log files on my server.
Although, I have this message on log file generetaed by your plugin (option in admin of your plugin) : INSERT, , 100, 1_k_izitionkheimer@windowslive.com, Mon, 28 Jun 21 15:35:04 +0000 Error: ”
on each INSERT line.

The problem is that error overloads my server and make my site is down regulary.

Could you tell me how can I resolve this please ?

Hello Arnaud,

what does the actual “Error: ” say? Is it empty?

Does often does the line in the logs occur? In the above case it was on Mon, 28 Jun 21 15:35:04 +0000, did it occur shortly before or after that again?

Thanks for your answer,
We finished the conversation by email.
In fact, the problem came from another plugin : WPDiscuz 7 which adds ‘wp_wc_avatars_cache’ in database on installation.

Thanks Arnaud for the detailed notes. As we discussed, Optimum Gravatar Cache seems to be more resilient at this point.
