How can I get an embed code for a livestream, so that my VAST ads play on the live event?

Thanks for the help, it did work with the addition of the extra code. I also upgraded to the version 8 player as suggested, but now the embed link does not show up, no matter which position I toggle in the player settings for the individual video.

Which is our client site. Go to the first video, which is You Tube. It is using the Foliovision embed code. (I mentioned in my first message there are issues with both YT and CF)As I mentioned above, the video works correctly on our site, When we try to embed them on the client site the ads play, but the video controls are missing.
