Dear Martin,
I have contacted with my hosting. I used Share Hosting server and it is located in Vietnam, my country.
They say my hosting package will limit the speed to connect to external sources outside the country. I think it may cause the problem with Vimeo API, making it harder to call . I cannot change my hosting, because 100% my users come from Vietnam, so changing hosting location will limit their access speed.
I am totally stuck now, and I must say I have to resort to Vimeo direct embed in WordPress, which remains Vimeo skin without FV Flowplayer customization.
So, please help me check and instruct me for a refund. Your product is really excellent, unfortunately it does not work with me for the time being.

Dear Martin,
It may be the problem of my hosting. My hosting is in Vietnam. It may block access to sources outside the country.
The website is not loading slow all the times. Sometimes it does not load, sometimes it loads slowly, sometimes it backs to normal.
The notification says Failed to connect to API.VIMEO.COM port 443: Connection refused.
Anw, I will contact my hosting company and ask them if they can help in this case. Then I will report to you again.

Dear FV Flowplayer team,
Could you please check this case for me as soon as possible?

Dear Martin,
I have used your suggestions:
+ turn on Turbocharge Ajax Vimeo loading.
+ Ask hosting provider to clear LS cache. But the result are the same. My website slows down. Before activate Vimeo hosting, it loads under 4 seconds. Now it takes 10-15 seconds. And particularly when a user log into the account, it takes even 1 minute and a half, which is unacceptable to a Online Course website like mine.
I do think the problem may come to the compatibility between my theme (or other plugin) with FV Flowplayer. But I cannot find out the root reason is.
For the sake of my website, I have to restore my backup again so that my students can log in easily and access lessons as fast as before. And the backup contains no FV flowplayer.
So for this case, I would like a refund when my main purpose to integrate Vimeo and FV flowplayer do not bear fruit.

Dear Martin,
Thanks for your prompt reply.
1. I can reinstall FV Flowplayer, and now I turn on Vimeo Hosting. But now I don’t add any Video video via FV Flowplayer, I use direct Vimeo player instead.
2. Server load: when the user play the video, the server shows 80%-90%.
3. There is no error in the PHP, which stranges me.
4. I have 400 Vimeo video. I will use “Turbocharge Ajax Vimeo loading” to test this time. If the situation continues, then I will report to you.

Dear Martin,
Thanks for your advice.
I have backed up my website and do the things as you noted, but the situation still the same.
I can not even instal FV Flowplayer when it continuously says “..failed. Missing header”.

Hi Juraj,
This has never happened before. I check that after I installed FV Player Pro, the hosting CPU always load about 80% each time. This may cause the proble.
The following is my system info.
