Video loading takes long time after clicking play button

Hi,

I would like to report an issue I noticed today,

When I click play button it takes very long time to load the video (youtube and vimeo videos)sometimes it never loads in mobile.

I use Samsung Note 8 – Android 8.0.0.

I see that it doesn’t happen only in my phone because the impressions of Ad (that’s below the videos are 3500, but the ad impressions at the very beginning (after 3 seconds) of the videos (pop up ad) are 1600.

I see that almost more than half of the videos can’t be played in those pages.

and it really causes loss of revenue for our websites.
