Problem with VAST plugin

Hi
I am having issues with the VAST plugin, I just can’t seem to get it to work. I have two ad tags

One is from Yashi

and this one is from Adaptv

I have pasted the tags into the VAST plugin but end up getting “stream failed to load” error
My video works on a PHP script that provides secure urls for visitors, HLS and RTMP, I have added $VAST parameter to my script but still get “stream failed to load”

Help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.
