My FV Player dashboard recently started reporting an incorrect license – so I logged on to Foliovision and copied the new license from my account. After inserting the new license, I still get the same message that I have an invalid license. Tried going back to original license but no joy. The player is still working perfectly. This is happening on a development site on a local host but getting close to launching to internet.

Could you please try to manually reinstall the Pro plugin? Just disable and delete the current installation in the Plugins section of your WP admin (don’t worry, no settings or data will be lost), then download the zip file from https://foliovision.com/my-licenses and install manually.

EduardThank You! That worked – but only after I deleted the pro plugin and then logged out of wp-admin and logged back in to do the install.
