Change domain not working

Hello, I bought a license of FV Player Pro for bolsanow.com and it’s not working.

I leave here a url for which you can not watch video or loaded from YouTube or hosted on the site itself: https://bolsa.okdiario.com/la-clave-del-dax/

Can it be because it is seen from a subdomain (bolsa.okdiario.com)?

Can you help me please?

First of all, thanks for purchasing the PRO license.

Now to get to your problem. We’ve inspected your website. There’s clearly no possible problem with license not working on your sub-domain. The problem seems to be with your video hosting. What kind of hosting do you use for your videos?

Also, your system info would be helpful for us. You can find it at Settings -> FV Player Pro -> Tools -> System info you can copy the text here or export it as text file and send it to our mail
