Can’t find the request variable

Hello, I’ve been running fv player pro on my site for awhile now and using it with vimeo pro. All of the sudden today no videos would play anywhere on the site. I get the following error:

html5: video file not found
Can’t parse the request variable

It says my API key is verified and everything looks ok. I’ve tried clearing cache and made sure plugin was updated. No rhyme or reason why this started happening.

If I enable the force iframe embed then that works fine.

Any help please?

Hi Philip,

Thanks for all the valuable information. We’re currently investigating on what is causing these parsing issues with Vimeo videos. It seems like Vimeo has suddenly changed some of their settings.

We’re constantly working to fix these issues as soon as possible. We’ll keep you posted and inform you about the process throughout the day.
