Is there a way to force grouping in smaller paragraphs in transcripts?

I noticed a disadvantge of transcripts and chapters: The wordpress search cannot see them. I worked around it by copy & pasting the transscript text into an invisible div. Is there a more elegant way to do this? Maybe one that can parse the text from the same vtt file?

Also, the search page shows all pages using transcripts with the following warning in the excerpt: “Admin JavaScript warning:I’m sorry, your JavaScript appears to be broken. Please use “Check template” in plugin settings…”. Is this normal?

Hello Ferdinand,

thank you for the interesting idea. We will check if we can do this – the transcript HTML could be saved into the post content perhaps.

I’m not sure about the warning you get in the excerpts. If the player shortcode in it is parsed, then it should load up the FV Player JavaScript properly. What theme are you using? Please let us know.
