Hi Team,
I have a question, the your plug in management says i am using #5 onto 2 pages (see the image) but I use it only once on post, and i am not using it on any other page. I cannot find it. Can you pls have a look. I am supposed to have it only Embedded on 790-2 etc. not on Ofiara/wsparcie page.

Thank you for reaching out to us!
What happened when you clicked on the Ofiara/wsparcie link? Were you redirected to an existing page with a player or is it maybe some removed page?
If you for some reason cannot find or access the page, you can optionally delete the player from your FV Player Database which will remove any player with a video from the page. Then upload the video again only to the 790-2 page.

I changed manually the address but indeed i think it was a reference to former testing page, which i change, but FV saw it was still there. I deleted and created a new player. I had some problem on my theme and next/previous navigating buttons in FF and once i recreated i dont have such problem. It’s just FYI. It seems it caused an issue.
BTW. This [fvplayer id="8"] you cannot change right it’s default so when i delete it takes next #s pls?

Hi Kris,
I’m glad to know your were able to solve your issue and that everything works fine now.
Correct, the ”id” parameter of a shortcode generates the next number in order by default. That means that if [fvplayer id="8"] is the latest shortcode in your database and you delete it, the next shortcode will be [fvplayer id="9"].

Hello Kris,
I see that the “Ofiara/wsparcie” page could remain in that wp-admin -> FV Player list of players in some cases.
How was that page removed? Did you use the wp-admin interface to delete it?
