Column “Embedded on” displays incorrect information when cloning playlist.

I think I found another bug:

In the plugin window (back end) where all the playlists are displayed, there is a column “Embedded on” which displays on which pages a particular playlist is embedded.

However when one clones a playlist and changes the name and the video, the “Embedded on” entries of the former playlist remain, so the information is no longer correct. Besides the correct pages it is embedded on, it also lists the pages where the former video was embedded on, which is now incorrect.

So when cloning a playlist, this information needs to be deleted/rescanned.
