Hi Support team, I’m new to fv player but so far loving it! A couple of issues regarding VAST ads 1. I’m unable to get the player to play a single vast tag mutiple times during video playback. The ad only plays pre-roll and ignores the other requests (10,15,20 secs). Thanks for the response! What about question 2 regarding VAST ads not showing on mobile devices?Specifically, on iPhone devices.
Is there a setting I need to configure? I have ‘Mobile Support’ checked in, in the VAST plugin settings.Thanks for your help
Hi Mike,
Sorry, I haven’t noticed that question. It seems that you are using a skippable ad, and skippable ad format is unfortunately not supported on iOS. I would suggest adding a second tag with a non-skippable ad, that can be loaded on iOS without problems.
