Tremor Tags

Hi Martin,

I’m having trouble getting an ad tag from Tremor Media to return results.

We have the tag set up on this page:

http://….com/moms-on-binge-watching/

Here’s the test tag we have loaded in our player, with all the required macros filled in:

When I test the above tag on http://tagvalidator.videohub.tv/, I get a response of “Error: No Ads to Load”.

When I hard code in the player width and height, the tag validator returns an ad:

However, when I take that hard-coded width/height tag and plug it back into our player, no ads are returned. In working with the Tremor tech team, they’re only seeing MediaID, MediaTitle, and PageURL being passed through, so it would seem the height/width macros aren’t working or the parameters aren’t being passed. It’s odd that even when they’re hardcoded, no ads are returned. We’ve also never had a problem with our width/height macros before or with any other partners, so I’m not 100% confident that it’s the width/height parameters that are causing the issue. Any insight you can provide would be appreciated.
