At the same time, a Pro Support incident is not an unlimited web development and advice service. If your issue is a bigger one which exceeds what can done in a pro support incident, we will normally either offer you an estimate or give you detailed instructions for your own web development team on how to best approach the issue for a quick and high performance resolution.
