Hi Mohamed,
For keywords in our FV Simpler SEO, we simply use Tags. So any WordPress tag editor will solve your issues.
We’d like to add Tags though to FV Descriptions.

FV Simple SEO is entirely cross-compatible with all in one SEO. FV Simple SEO is simply more robust, less dangerous (code has been security checked by Mark Jacquith and does not have potential XSS exploits in it like all in one) and doesn't include branding inside your source code.
Plus FV Simpler SEO looks better, is easier to use and has SERP preview.
